With autumn and colder months approaching it is nice to find some comfort foods that will boost our system and get us out of the winter blues. Tropical, sweet mango and juicy pineapple blended with creamy low fat yogurt is a winner. This sunny smoothie wakes your taste buds and it is our all-time favourite, perfect for breakfast, after workout in the gym or simply as an afternoon snack. 

for 2 portions:
  • 2 mangoes 
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 lime
  • 6 tbs Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • lime zest for decoration

Remove skin from banana, cut into smaller pieces, place it in the freezer for couple of hours. Peel mangoes, cut into smaller pieces. Peel, core and cube pineapple. Juice half of lime. Combine all ingredients along with yoghurt and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately, decorated with lime zest and straws!
