I got this recipe from a friend of mine. She runs a bar in Madrid and makes best mojito drink ever) This is delicious, refreshing, do not hesitate, try it out this weekend!
For one glass of mojito:
In a glass crush mint leaves with sugar, add lime juice and stir until sugar dissolves. Add 1/4 cup of crushed ice. Gently stir, then add rum and sparkling mineral water. Stir for few seconds, then tuck mint sprigs into top of glass and insert tall straw.
